News about the site's operation or when will everything be fixed?

Dear customers, as you know, a few days ago we launched a major site update. It was a technically complex release, and we understand that not everything is working as it should yet.
The development team is working without days off, practically 24/7, to fix all errors and shortcomings as quickly as possible. We kindly ask you to treat what is happening with understanding. The update was indeed necessary, and we are doing everything to make the transition as smooth as possible.
What is happening with the processes now:
– Shipments are going according to plan
– Order purchases are working stably
– Assembly and acceptance of packages are also proceeding in normal mode
– There are small delays for special requests, but we expect to catch up with them by the end of this working week
Feedback and suggestions:
We read everything you write and carefully collect all suggestions, criticism and proposals. If you have suggestions or something is not working – it is best to report it via tickets in your personal account. This way your request will definitely not get lost. In chats and Telegram we do not have time to record everything that comes in.
If errors or problems occur in the site's operation – be sure to indicate:
– which device and browser you are using
– at what stage the error occurs and what you are doing at that moment
This helps us fix everything faster.
