Dear customers. Please note that in recent weeks the situation with international logistics has noticeably worsened. Moscow airports are operating unstably, the number of international flights to Moscow is decreasing, and the load on the remaining ones is increasing sharply. As a result, queues of cargo are forming, comparable to the peak December season.
If the batch containing your parcel has left our warehouse, this means that it has passed the first stage of the route, departed from the USA, is at a transit airport and is awaiting departure to the RF. After changes on the site, internal tracking is not working correctly. We are aware of the problem and the programmers are already working on solving it. The parcel status will be updated as soon as the batch passes customs in Russia. Until then, it is not necessary to clarify its location in chat, tickets or telegram, since we still cannot provide any additional data.
We are in touch with carriers, tracking all batches and making every effort to speed up the process where possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If there are no explanations next to the batch, it means that at the moment we cannot provide the timing for customs clearance or delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the situation will stabilize soon.
