Update to topping up your balance with cryptocurrency

We have updated the way you can top up your balance with cryptocurrency. Payment is now processed through the Stripe payment system.
Please note: the new method accepts only USDC. USDT is not supported.
How to top up your balance
1. If you have USDT, exchange it for USDC in your exchange's app (Bybit, HTX, and others).
2. In your personal account, open «Top up balance», enter the amount, select «Cryptocurrency (top-up with stablecoins via Stripe)» and click «Top up».
3. On the payment page, choose a transfer via QR code or address (Direct Deposit via QR code), rather than connecting a wallet.
4. Select USDC and the Polygon network. The Solana and Base networks are also supported.
5. In the Funding method block, select Exchange if you are paying from an exchange.
6. In the Refund wallet address field, paste your own USDC deposit address on the exchange in the same network. You can copy it on the exchange in the «Deposit» section: USDC coin, the same network as in Stripe. Stripe will refund the money to this address if the transfer fails.
7. Click Continue. Stripe will show a one-time transfer address, a QR code, and the exact amount.
8. Send the transfer to the specified address in a single payment within 10 minutes. Make sure the amount to be received exactly matches the amount on the Stripe page. The exchange fee must be taken into account separately.
Important!
- USDT and the Tron network are not supported.
- Do not send funds via BEP20.
- Do not transfer less than the specified amount and do not split the payment into several transfers.
- Do not use the address from a previous top-up attempt.
- If you sent the money but your balance was not topped up, do not make a repeat transfer. Contact support and provide the amount, network, and transaction number.
If you are using cryptocurrency for the first time or trying a new payment method, we recommend starting with a small amount, for example, $10.
We are also working on adding more payment methods to make topping up your balance even more convenient.
